Despite making her movie debut with an uncredited role in the Telugu movie Janatha Garage in 2016, Vidhya rose into fame through the webseries Rock Paper Scissors produced by Karikku. Then, she went on to do some mainstream movies, starting with a minor role in Sunday Holiday in 2016.
